- Come alone (Pilates Private) or create a dynamic duo (Pilates Duo).
- Each session lasts for 55 minutes.
- Available by appointment only.
When will I see results?
After your first session, you already feel calmer and centered.
Usually, if you practice 2 or 3 times a week, you will see significant results within 10 to 12 weeks.
I have back issues, can I still do Pilates?
As with any kind of sport activity, please check with your doctor first.
Nevertheless, our Pilates instructor will guide you through each and every movement to help you maintain a safe posture and stay within your own limits. You will progress safely.
Do I have to choose between EMS and Pilates?
Not at all! You can do both.
That’s why we’ve created options that combine these two complementary training techniques. You can have the best of both worlds!
Will I have the same result with the Mat session and the Reformer?
A session with the Reformer uses various levels of resistance and is better tailored to correct your muscle imbalances.
